Craigmore Attack

Ms SANDERSON (Adelaide) (15:24): My question is to the Minister for Education and Child Development. Are the three children, who were living in the home where a Craigmore woman was recently attacked by a group of men armed with hammers, known to the Department for Child Protection and, if so, what supports or interventions had they received prior to the incident?

Children in Out-of-Home Care

an the minister inform the house of the proportion of children in out-of-home care who were the subject of a substantiation where the person responsible for that substantiation claim was living in the household providing the out-of-home care?

Foster Carer and Kinship Carer Payments

Ms SANDERSON ( Adelaide ) ( 14:50 :17 ): My question is to the Minister for Education and Child Development. Can the minister explain—why she has restricted the extension of foster carer payments to those caring for people who are studying full-time or in apprenticeships, given that many young people in care are unable to work or study full-time due to mental health issues or simply cannot find any work?

Child Protection Department

Ms SANDERSON ( Adelaide ) ( 14:18 :09 ): My question is to the Minister for Child Protection Reform. Can the minister now identify how many of the 102 Families SA staff identified in the Hyde review are still employed by the agency, and how many are currently suspended on full pay?

Rigney-Wilson Review

Ms SANDERSON ( Adelaide ) ( 14:27 :40 ): My question is to the Minister for Education and Child Development. Can the minister confirm whether a review of the Rigney-Wilson murders case has been undertaken, who undertook the review and whether she has read this review?
